Ms. Lieber has been a bankruptcy and insolvency attorney since 1997, starting her career as the law clerk to the Honorable Cornelius Blackshear, United States Bankruptcy Judge. She represents individuals and corporations in chapter 7 and individuals in chapter 13 bankruptcies, and also settles debts outside of bankruptcy. She shares the joy with her clients of the bankruptcy stay which stops immediate bank restraints, garnishments, foreclosures and evictions. She treats her clients with the same personalized attention and respect with which she would provide her own family. She prides herself on being responsive to her clients and thinking creatively and strategically. She and her clients work as a team, offering her clients transparency and employing the most effective strategies possible to help her clients achieve their goals and the positive outcomes they expect and deserve. She tries to put herself in her clients' shoes, seeing the matter from their perspective. Honored for her success, she has earned designation as among the Top 100 Lawyers in the country from the American Society of Legal Advocates each year since 2015, and she has received Avvo's Clients' Choice Award each year since 2012. Ms. Lieber always looks forward to assisting new clients and providing her clients with a fresh start.
